lol, if you don't really have any clue about it, do some google searches.
Usually there is alot more involved other than putting some injectors in and pushing a button...
such as, tuning, different types of injection, different ways of activation..

http://holley.com/data/Products/Technical/A5072-SNOS.pdf
^ that will tell you the basic installation, and use.

I see what you are thinking of, there is also Venom which is a computerized nitrous system and Zex, which is a "dry" nitrous setup, and also a brand called Nitrous Express. I do not have any experience with Nitrous Oxide whatsoever, so I really can't help you out very much.

yeah i figured the refilling of the nitros would add up over time and if u get in a bad accident u got the tanks exploding on ur mind as well; i was gona take a supercharger over one cuz the way it makes u accelerate is just asking for a speeding ticket icon_neutral.gif

the nitrous tank wont explode like you saw in the fast and the furious.

anyways, what kind of car do you have? a nitrous system will run you 1500-2000 for the kit and supporting parts. do you have full intake/exhaust done already? go with headers-tip exhaust and an intake before thinking about spray

ok well nitrous is a lot more into it first off its easy to toast ur engine with nitrous and turbo is much better way to go one u always get the power without constantly having to buy it and u have to buy the nitrous system and alot of internal engine parts like new pistons, rings, heads, all that good stuff for it to run correctly even tho i have nitrous with turbo

Get a 150 shot kit and put it on your friends car. Tell him to rev it up as high as it will go in neutral, then to spray it. This will clean out the block.

nos is cheap power icon_smile.gif

just has to be done properly... dont throw a 200 shoton a stock motor, unless somehow it'll hold together, or you dont mind if it explodes.

I got a ZEX kit earlier; those don't seem too bad. I've been told it's good to start off small though (50 hp shot) and then you can move your way up.

yeah general rule of thumb that i've heard over and over again is 50hp for 4cyl's 75 for 6 cyl's and 100 for 8 cyls

zex is a pretty good kit... i think i might build my truck for nitrous and would either go with them or nitrous xpress

it totaly depends what your long term aspect on your car is an what your going to use it for if your want reliabilty and awsome power i would choose a super charger when possible with turbo chargers not only do you get turbo lag but turbo's get rather hot so you would most likely have to strap on a intercooler which looks nice an all but its all space at the end of the day an nitros has its place an all but like others have said on a stock engine its realy in your hands what happens to your block

also depending what kind of engine you got can depend on the type of perfomance out come you may get from each option ie v8 v6 strait 4 or boxer etc

if the turbo is sized properly there should be no to little lag at all, and even with a supercharger you need to worry about heat.... usually in the form of heat exhangers which is like a coolant system but for just the supercharger... and depending on the style of supercharger i would still run an after(inter) cooler

noz is byfar te best option of the three it comes in diffrent sizes 20 - 100bhp shots this all depends on weather your engine is up to the job if you do get nos dont get carried away always use it in second or thurd gear and dont get hudge 100bhp tanks cause ur car will end up lookin somethin like brians of fast and furiouse lol icon_lol.gif
