For about $1000 you can get this fixture, the controller is another couple hundred dollars
This thing is a BEAST. I just put it in the car for fun, but the usual application will be a color wash on the side of a building, or stage lighting.

I say you just leave the thing up on the roof like that... Then turn off ALL your lights at night and drive slowly up behind people on dark roads. When you're like 2 car lengths behind them, switch that mother on and watch them freak out - I bet they'll think you're an alien spaceship like in "Close Encounters".
Note... be ready to brake HARD if they lose it.

What is the current draw on that Baby? I assume you would need a very powerfull converter and at least 2 yellow tops. That would be fun to creap up on someone with that. Then all you need is a voice amplifier and a radiation suit like in back to the future

The light requires 3A at 24V
The DMX controller is just 1A at 12V I hope these will be up for sale on Oznium.com within a few months! Also working on a ~ $300 FlowLighting LED desk lamp |
