i got locked up

i was in jail all weekend cause the dumb cop stoped me for my underbody kit... he said in his records i had more then one time being stoped for the same thing so he took me in ... no good... i went to court monday morning and the judge just said its was a stupid arrest and the cop should of let me go with a warning... lol

i'm having a hard time believing this..

yup i was in a holding cell till the processed all my paperwork then i was put in another cell till i went to see the judge... the reason i was in so long cause of the holiday MLK day no court

heh for some reason I read "Akon" as "Aken" and was about to say "da hell, he's not even here to get **** off about people making fun of him"...


My buddy got arrested and drug down to the police station because he matched the description of a bank robber. The cop assaulted my buddy by slamming him against a fence while trying to hand cuff him (he's a broad shouldered guy so he needed double cuffs but the cop was too stupid to know this and was trying to dislocate his shoulder). And after the cop trying to toss my buddy around (6'4" 265lbs) he finally gets him in the car and heads back to base, the funny part (least for me) was that while the cop was arresting him, over the radio they called out and said they'd arrested the real robber... robbers description, 6' 250lbs black with a shaved head, my buddy is a white guy with blond hair... My buddy has several officer family members in other districts, he took the cop to court and got the cop fired as well as made him unable to be a cop in the western states, the officer had a history of assault so it wasn't too shocking...

Sucks for spending a weekend in jail, how was the food? and did ya drop the soap?

Haha holding cell is hardly jail. I played dogeball in mine... Sucks none the less.

And this is another reason why I am proud to be a Canadian. Section 10c of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. You have to be brought before a judge within 24 hours of the arrest to determine if you can be held longer, and it has to be a criminal charge.

Mind you, I'm usually the one doing the arresting, so it doesn't benefit me per say, just nice to know that it's there.
