i have 2 cathode kits at the time, and am planning on buying about 4 pre wired led's is it okay to wire the 4 led's wired to the same power source for the cathodes? so 4 LED's and 2 cathode kits in total on one switch hooked up to my fuse box via add-a-circuit

no... You'll ruin both the cathodes and the LEDs, then the switch will fry while you're driving, and just about at that exact moment you'll see a pig flying between you and the car in front of you...
Har har Just kidding, no I'm not, seriously I am... I have all my interior lights running off the same switch, just kidding, no I'm not, I even have my rgb controller hooked up to the same switch, just kidding, no I'm not, they're a million colors, just kidding, 2 million, just kidding 1 million, and they're awesome, just kidding, no I'm not, seriously.....
