Just order the damn fenders already. #1 is indeed the best, I forgot all about the style of hood you have.

Thats the first problem, lambo hinges are GHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY.

Fenders are about 30 bucks a piece if not cheaper at CertiFit, my Honda fender was 22.95 and required ZERO body work. Fiberglass fender are going to require a ton of body work.

Dan, I found it on AAS, in the Civic section, lol.

FG fenders aren't that hard to fit on, I bought AAS ones for my Alero and one side fit great, and the other side only needed minimal work.

You really should glass on some flares now that you're going FG fenders maaan!

You drive a honda. You are gheyer. True story.

And my friend has fg fenders. The same ones I am getting in fact. Only needed to drill the holes out a little. No biggy.

We had to put a certifit fender on a car when I was in school. The fitment was absolutly terrible. Even my teacher agreed that certifit fenders sometimes suck.

Ah. I will never buy from AAS.

And I am not glassing flares on there. They are expensive, hard to find. And I will have to do the quarters too. Too much work. And I don't have another car to drive while I work on this one.

My honda cost a mere fraction of what you have in your peon, it gets 38 mpg, and its faster then a jet plane. Especially when the vtec kicks in, so you know nothing.

Those fenders are gayer then aids, I don't care what you say.

I don't see why people need to voice their negative opinions. Does it make them feel better? If I have something negative to say, I don't say it...I just don't see the point.

I don't like rice, and I don't particularly care for any of the fenders posted either, but I like to help Dan do what HE likes.

1. Got the car for free.
2. Just generally like the lines and shape of the car.
3. It is a simple car. Nothing crazy about it.
4. Cheap. Parts are cheap. Easy to take apart and put back together.
5. It is one of those cars that when people see me pull up and ask what kind of car it is and when I say neon they are shocked that such a "**** cheap" car can look like mine does.
6. There are ALOT of neons out there. But not ALOT of hardcore modded ones like mine. Fun to pull up to a stock neon in a parking lot and compare.
7. I like taking something very common and very cheap and turning it into an awesome project. Something so simple is now so badass.

There are more reason but that is what i can think of right now.

Now my question for you.

Time to sell the car and get something else to mod.. You've put way to much into it, and it's starting to clash IMO..

I'm drivin the car till it dies. I have always dreamed of having a car like this. I finally have it. I am not going to sell it.

I don't build cars just for the sake of building them. I built this neon for me. And to my liking. This car does have alot in it. Alot of my personal taste. Just the way I want it ;)

I wasnt trying to start anything, I was just curious why you picked the Neon. Im doing the s10 for pretty much the same reasons icon_smile.gif

BUT you do see ALOT of heavily modded s10's...but i love how they look.
