i have one soundstream tarantula 10" in a ported Obcon box. i just bought a 1200 w max bazooka p. miller amp. i have the amp bridged and the dvc of the sub runnin in series. how much is this amp prob pushin. its gettin a 2 ohm load and it says 1 ohm stable on the front of the amp. should i be able to run the dvc in parallel bridged?

wow, I didn't know that SS made 1 ohm 10's... if you wire it in parallel you'll get .5 ohms and then you'll fry the amp. W/ the sub you have that's the best you can do. It's getting about 600 watts.

each voice coil is 2 ohms. so if im runnin it in series its 4 right? and if i run it in parallel its 1 or am i mistaken?

if they are dual 2 ohm, series would be 4 ohm, parallel 1 ohm...
