Most headrests have a power button on them individually as well ... so you can't just flip a front switch to power them up ... if they are a momentary push button switch those are very hard to defeat ... you'll need to find the switch connections and run wires out the screen to a relay and then engage the relay with a push button to "turn on" the screens..

If the screens use a hard contact button that can stay engaged then you can leave them on and switch the main power ...

do these have a remote ?? third option is use the remote to turn them on

The Switch ON the Screens are they a bubble type membrane switch OR are they a hard switch thatyou push on /stay on ???
If they are the membrane switch you'll have to DISSASSEMBLE the unit find the connection on either side of the switch and solder wires to them and run them out ...

If the switch stays on if leftt on then you can switch the power at the front
