Can't get the dome light to work?

I just got a superflux 16 led dome light and i did everything that video told me to do. and it's not lighting up.. is there anything i can try doing to make it light up?

Try flipping the bulb end for end (Polarity)

D: I just pulled the black rubber thing back.. the wires weren't welded on strong enough... they don't connect... no wonder it doesn't work...

If you can't solder well. Then take it to a radioshack or something and have them solder it back on for you.

EDIT: Or contact the Oznium customer support, im sure they will sort out your problem.

that happened to me also i just stripped both wires and soldered them together it makes it alot easier than working with the small pins
