Well, i finally installed the ghetto leds.... in my grill. It took me a while b/c i thought i was just gonna throw them in there and presto.., but it didn't happen like that. I took the whole front bumper off and then relized i didn't have to. That was a bish. Here's some pics.. Tell me what you think. I know i need to install some on the bottom part. and to let you know... the blue is a very dark blue... looks good.

Ps. The pics that are foggy looking.... i just came from inside the house and it was cold inside and hot out, so the camera fogged up.

I always hated the way the headlights came off the Explorer's... was a PITA when we had to do it to an older Explorer (yours is most likely different tho, it looks). Lookin' good on the LEDs tho.

Just a little tip from a previous install on an explorer tho... You can hide a 20" neon tube behind that center piece of the grill (behind the Ford blue oval) real easy and it looks great... pics below:

a 20" neon or two 12" cathodes + transformer (into the actual grille behind the plastic) if you really want your shyt seen
