If I just buy like a 52 inch UB tube, can I just wire that like I would wire a cathode? Red to power...black to negative? Or do I need a transformer or something?

I'm looking for a LED tube. I don't want any special features like scanning and ****. I just want it to glow.

If the LED ube has no other features but lighitn gup hten there sahould only be two wire one red for power and one black for ground. LED does not need a tranny cause they don't require 10,000v, but they need resistors to bring the voltage down to 3-4v and if you buy a prebuilt tube then you will not have to worry about that cause those are usualy built in already. |
