The rear wheel well was too small for the bag struts. There were two options: cut out the inner wheel well and weld on new metal, or go with air cylinders. I deciced to use air cylinders in the rear.
Rear bag strut rubs on inner wheel well.
Stock strut disassembled.
Figuring out how to make the strut bags fit onto the stock struts.

These aluminum rails hold the tanks securely and raise them up about an inch for clearance.
Aluminum mounting rails for tanks.
2 ViAir 450 compressors. They run at 100% duty. They are mounted securely to the metal. Thick pieces of rubber are wedged under the feet to dampen vibrations.
These are the 2 front air tubes. They run through 2 secure grommets.
A set of valves and digital PSI sender.
4 holes were drilled on each side of the car for mounting the valves.
4 awg wire running from battery to Stinger 4 awg to 8awg splitter. There is about a 2 inch run of 8 awg to each relay.
Each relay then runs a 10 awg wire through two 40 amp fuses, and to each compressor. The 4 awg wire is fused with 60 amps on the battery.

mactaz2001:
I got all my suspension components from EAI (Excentrix Automotive Innovations). I did the install myself. I do not know anything about Jeep suspensions, so I can't really help you out there. I can help you with basic stuff like valves, switches, tanks, fittings, compressors, just not the actual suspension components. If you want to go through EAI, let me know and I can get you some discounts.
Sorry the lighting in these picture is not great, but you get the idea: (click to enlarge)
