So your power is coming from the battery, then the ground hooks up to the ground cable, and then the neon positive cable hooks to the acc and then would the - cable coming from your neon go to the ground as well?

Answer

Yes that's correct. Battery to Power, positive wire of neon to Acc, Ground to a ground source, and the negative wire of the neon also to ground source.

There are 3 prongs coming out of the toggle switch - I know the positive is coming from the battery, which part goes to the neons and which goes to the ground?

See the markings on the switch. From left to right:

Power: fused wire from battery
Acc: goes to the power wire of the lights you are powering (Acc stands for Accessory)
Ground: goes to ground

Why is blue double the price of red and green?

Answer

Yes, this is a great switch. But as you've noticed, unfortunately blue is double the cost of red and green.

We buy from a switch supplier, mark the price up a bit, and then sell to you, the customer.

Our switch supplier charges us more than double for the blue than the red and green.

So rather than lose money selling the blue switch, we must increase the price to cover our costs plus a small profit.

We've thought about just not selling the blue switch, but we realize some people really need blue, and are willing to pay extra.

We've asked our suppliers many times why blue is more expensive, and they say the blue LED is more difficult to produce.

If the price of this blue switch is out of your budget, we encourage you to browse our many other switches.
