FlowLighting Single Color ECU

I have single color lights on my car, they were purchased at Pepboys. The black box that held all the wiring and was connected to the fuse box melted. Would this ECU replace the black box needed in order for my lights to be connected to the fuses again and work properly? - by vicky (virginia beach, va)
