Million Color LED Control Box

Whatever type of million color strip you have chosen for you lighting needs, the next step is to find the perfect control box. Whether you have chosen the Million Color Ribbon Strips or the RGB Flexible Flatheaded LED Strips you'll need a control box. That's where our new Ribbon Strip Control Box comes in.

This new control box comes with one common positive connection, suitable for any strip with a common positive of its own. There are three control switches. The Power Switch controls the simple On /Off mode. Then, the Auto Switch controls whether the ribbon strip lights are set to automatic or manual control. Finally, there is the Color/Speed switch which controls the speed cycle setting that you will work best for you.

The wiring set-up is simple, with a yellow common wire for positive connections and red, green, and blue wires for negative connections. The power is 30 watts with a 3 amp circuit and DC 12 volts, a 12V home adapter is included!! Best of all, just one Ribbon Strip Control Box can operate a light strip of up to 15 meters in length. This is the perfect control box for all of your home, business, or vehicle lighting design needs.

I got this unit and I love how it works (having both static color and color changing controller in one box) but it's not with out its faults. The unit only does 6 (six) colors: red, green, blue, red+green, red+blue and blue+green, it lacks the option to do white in static color (the adjuster knob is limited to six positions). Also the color changer also is missing white as a color mix, the main problem (for me atleast) is that the color changer is in a fixed pattern (hard color change that 2 rotations, then color fade thru the colors for 2 rotations) that can't be changed (I'd like to decide if it was hard or blended color change)... Overall a good unit, I can say it'd be great for lighting if you don't mine not having white as a color choice...

I use this controller with the ribbon strips. I love the fact that you can select between six or seven colors with the turn of a knob AND be able to cycle through them all with the million color mode. Looks beautiful. There are some features I would like to see (and I know are coming with a different controller) such as the ability to pause on any specific color and a more specific speed control (ie adjusting the speed and color just like you adjust a volume knob). The speed control is a great idea. It has six or seven speed options.
As of now, this is the only way to go if you're in need of a rgb controller. Cheap and effective.
