Do your motorcycle strips come with sound activation, bluetooth phone connection and tracing?
No they don't.

Yes, they bend back and forth, not side-to-side.
I'm looking to set these up on my Harley but also wish to get some sort of switch incorporated into the setup. Problem is, I'm searching for a flat switch where no holes are to be drilled. Instead, a switch with 3M adhesive. Anything?

Sorry, we don't have that information, but they are brighter that the other strips. Tri-Chip, more diodes.

Can these lights be connected to each other to create a longer light (Example: Could you connect two or three of them together to create a 24" or 36" light)?
You could certainly wire two or three to the same power source, and position the lights end-to-end, for a covering of 24" or 36".

Yes, you're welcome to cut between every third LED.

Yes, these can be used as turn signals. Just wire them into your turn signals and you're all set.
