Has anybody here used the Quickar PWM to wire up leds?

I've been reading up on it and it switches the ground, not the positive. I need to get this to work to get both the tail and brake light function of my leds icon_cry.gif

Could I simply turn all the + connections to - ?? Wouldn't that turn the PWM around to being positive switched??

Well, I'm going to use it too drive leds that have to be dual intensity (replacing a dual filament bulb).

How do you have it wired? If you could shine some light on this for me I would really like you icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif

I would suggest signing up for HIDplanet.com forum and read through their led section.

there is enough info there to blow your mind away and then answer your questions 10 times over.

I got the PWM.. In my Tail light thread, I have a video of the knob being cranked back and forth. I never tried reversing the polarity, but I'll give it a go. If you don't feel like waiting, azdave, over at HIDplanet.com, is coming up with a positively switched PWM..

There is now a Mod to make your Quickar Positively switched. I'll be doing this Mod within the next few days, so I'll let ya know how it goes.
