I wanted to keep my t-top storage so that is why i built the box the way i did. I also wanted to carpet this one because i fiberglassed the box that was in the monte. I don't have my amp yet but having just this installed helps weigh down the back in the snow. well here are the pics.

It also says "I'll laugh at you when you back into something at night!" biglaugh.gif

Tidy up the wires and it's a nice clean install.

The sub looks out of place, flip it over to give it the low profile the box needs. Inverted subs are for crazy setups a nice looking magnets, neither of which you have. All in all, it looks good

it wont fit unless it's inverted. it's getting an amp on cach side of it and a flexable keyboard on the back rear deck with (i'm planning) a flip down vga monitor or one that comes up out ot the rear deck, for my carputer.

I dont know if you noticed but it looks as though you might have installed the sub inside-out

The carpet looks like it matches pretty well, good job on that. I would have to agree w/ everyone else that you should put the sub back to normal mounting. If the sub doesn't fit you could fiberglass or make from wood an extension for just the sub. It would give you extra mounting depth and make the sub be less noticable. I think currently the way it is anyone walking towards your car from will know that there is a big sub that is easily stolen in the back of your car.

I might fiberglass a box later on but i really like the way it is now. You can't see in any of my windows so i'm not worried about the general public seeing in.
