The 7color LEDunderbody.com kit on my Alero:

It's a good kit for $100, served me well.
Go for it ifyou're short on cash!

The patterns are OK, only one color per setting though, and all tubes are the same color. The "strobing" is sound activated, otherwise it just sits and flashes slowly, but when bass hits it flashes pretty fast.

The yellow is terrible, and white isn't too good. Purple and aqua are ok. Red, blue, green work nicely. The other sound activated settings are pretty regular, goes from front to back of car with bass hits, etc.
The other patterns are like a line going from front to back on each side, a dark spot going from front to back like that, the lights lighting up from front to back then going back down, etc.
There's about 5 speed settings to choose from, from very slow to pretty fast.

That's about all the info I can think of that'd be useful right now.

Never tried the wheel well kits, though icon_lol.gif

Most of these kits I have seen on Ebay. And just like Ebay, the prices are good, but the shipping is outrageous. But, if anything, I'd trust a website before trusting an Ebay store for their return policies!
I would be very interested in seeing actual shots of the Million Color Kit, not the small videos on the Ebay listings. The fact that this kit accepts 7 tubes total and uses USB plugs, still makes me wonder!

Personally, I'm waiting and buying the more expensive stuff. Not saying theres anything wrong with the less expensive lighting, but on my Expedition, everything is getting done right, that means buying what i know I'll be happy with, and of course, installing it correctly.

well, this is my firs time doing any of this so this car is mostly expieremen and learn car. Lol

I wish i would have waited to buy a UB kit though, I probably will end up getting another wheel well kit, but the one on oznium is million color or something, I dont want that, I want a single glow.

I PROBABLY will go with the plasma glow wheel well single color kits, that way my plasma glow vinyls i got made go for all my glow, not just some. well..besides the oznium glow, lol.

My point was how does the tubes work with a USB connector and how good is it?
I didn't realize the Inferno used Cat-5 either.
So, between the direct wires of the ICELED, the Cat-5 of the Inferno, or the USB connection of the cheap kit, would there be any differences in performance?
Why the different kind of connectors? Just to be unique with their own style of connectors? Or is there a benifit of one over the other?

I'm sure the kit works just fine with a USB connection. What I would be even more concerned about is the fact that they don't have many product images. They have one little thumbnail and that's it. Also, these kits look real cheap.

That remote looks horrible not to mention where the tubes plug into the system looks like they could fall out any time.
I don't understand why people go for the cheap e-bay ****. I wouldn't ever give my credit card information to this guy, ever. That's just me though.

Very true about the product images. The remote is kind of crappy, I had a 4 piece LED tube set with that remote and didn't like that it didn't show the patterns, etc. However, the plugs stay in nicely and that wouldn't need to be worried about, trust me.
