It's always the posts where I comment on people's intelligence that I have 3 or more errors in a single sentence.

I caught someone in the act of breaking into my Jeep on base and stealing my stereo, CD's, fullsize spare, and trail-box. I ended up beating his ass with my Hi-Lift jack handle. Not the smartest thing, as the base police arrived rather quickly and i ended up getting busted down, AM2 to AM3 (second-class to a third), restriction, half-months pay x2, etc...

But nobody **** with me or my stuff anymore icon_cool.gif

I think it's hilarious that as many people here are E-Thuggin right now... Acting all hard over the interwebs.

TDawg - Nice job on how you guys handled the situation, that sounds like a pretty decent way to do things, they hit you, you defended yourselves and restrained them until police arrived.

Everyone else with this "Just beat him to a pulp" or "Shoot to kill" or "Bust him with a baseball bat" You guys are retarded... nobody cares how hard you act on the interwebs... I would bet about 90% of you wouldn't do ****... I'm sure there are some that have done stuff or that would... but not as many as say they will....

And you can now commence the comments of "You don't know me"

****!! JoRdan don't know me lol biglaugh.gif

Again a reason my car doesn't have any of this. Was broken into once. They made off with a cell phone charger and sctrached cd's biglaugh.gif My current vehicle is beyond low profile most theives wouldn't give it a second chance. So frankly i don't care.

I wouldn't do anything though. Whatever they take really isn't worth the time of fighting over. I.E. radio icon_biggrin.gif STOCK!!

I snapped a guys arm for stabbing me with a pencil. I punched him out, put him on his stomach, put my foot on his back and then raised his arm up backwards until it broke.

That was when I was 12 and I'm not lying, I swear on the bible.

My temper has come a long way since then though, and I haven't been in a fight for a LONG time. But if I ever do get into another scuffle it's hard telling what I'll do. All I know is I do what I can to save myself, no matter what. Just like in life, **** the opposition I'm here for ME. If you're on my side you have my loyalty.

I would have totally jabbed that hook in the mother **** eye socket. You can choose to believe me or not, but I don't "e-thug".

I'm not a bad guy, I promise. I don't kill people, and I don't hurt people for fun. biglaugh.gif

I have insurance on Dan's mom. You can't let an investment like that walk around unprotected. icon_wink.gif

LOL.

Well Court thing was today, one gets 3 months in jail. Since I could prove that he stole my buddies stuff cause I ended up with all of it.

The other gets 3 months in Juvie. since hes only 17. And they also have to pay for the "damages" on my truck, which means its getting repainted :D

****. They also tried to give us an assault charge..for beating their asses. Which they didnt win, because we had the stick with the hook on it that they hit us with. And my cop buddy backed us up the whole time. Twas sweet.

Paintball gun is a really good idea, you can NUKE the guy and he will definitly run away like a little baby. Just gotta unload everything. But yeah, call the cops if they are doing it. In a small town, chances are there is someone not more than 2 mins away.

My town is 1.5miles by 2, al thw towns pretty much have joint jurisdiction. Mind you this is northern NJ 7 miles outside of NYC.

Check the laws of YOUR state, and go from there.

Also, remember that criminal prosecution isn't the ONLY thing you have to worry about. It's possible, hell, it's LIKELY that you will be sued if you shoot somebody who wasn't obviously trying to KILL you at the time.

My advice? Find another place for the motorcycles, and keep your truck in the garage.
