I think it looks dumb as hell. Keep the wheels inside the car then it will look alot better. Until then, it is just like how the mexicans(no offense to them) roll around here. wheels stickin out way past the car. Looks retarded.

I love it. VIP is a very popular style for xBs with a lot of guys trying to run camber and the lowest (usually negative) offsets they can. It really makes the car impracticable but cool looking IMO.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VIP_style

Quote:
Cars associated with VIP Style usually have common characteristics; usually large diameter wheels (usually broad faced designs) with low offsets that sit flush with the fender, exhausts that stick out past the rear bumper (although not so much emphasized these days), a full bodykit or lip kit, glossy paint and a lowered ride height (usually with coilovers or air ride). In Japan, cars use primarily coilovers. It is not uncommon to see extreme negative camber on many vip cars. Traditional colors of VIP Style cars are usually black, white, grey and silver.

x2. IMO, it's a waste of a car and money. But that's why you'll never see one of my cars look like that.

Euro stretching is an acquired taste. I hated it until I got a BMW e30 and slapped on some 16x9 wheels with 215 40 tires..... After that I fell in love.

I love the car. Looks hard as hell on its nuts like that. I'm sure its bagged but man oh man its a nice one. I'd pimp it.

That's really not that big of a tire, I'm suprised. I have 18x10.5 w/ 315 30 in the mail and they don't stick out at all. I guess it must be an acquired taste b/c it looks terrible to me right now.

i agree i saw a Chevy impala this weekend at a car show. the guy put like 24 on it on the stock suspension. he had big hunk cut out of the wheel well to get them to fit. looked horrible

Hate it . The wheels themselves are too deep on their own, and on the car they just freak out the whole stance . Clean lookin' car though .

That would be a lot better if the front wheels weren't the same as the wheels in the back lip-wise

I like the "transformation" look on page two

Minus the chrome accents on the doors, etc.

215 40's on a 16x9 is NOT wide at all. Its really too small to be on there but lots of people run it. I love the look. Especially on something with some hellacious negative camber.

agree its not vip stylish at all! its overkill, and is that the actual vehicle or did they do a conversion on it to make it look like that? the camber is angeled and looks ghetto.

is he trying to make it look like a maybach or is it just me? those arent even the headlamps that go on it.

it looks like a hot mess, and appears the car is having an identity crisis, poor thing. That was a great way to **** up a luxury vehicle. Thats what happens when ghettoness takes on a luxury vehicle, it looks like a wana be marauder, and the sad thing is a marauder looks nicer than that.

No offense to anyone here, but who drinks that miller chill **** anyway? I see a bunch of chicks drinking that **** out here!? i personally would have had a gallon of 151 on there lol.

The main thing that irks me is teh wheels sticking out to far. Tuck them **** or keep them in the fenders and a nice low stance with camber CAN and will look good.
