In my old setup, I installed CCFL halos but thought them stupid since you couldnt' see them unless the headlights were up. (seen below)

My new setup uses fixed twin projector headlights. I'm thinking about doing halos on each projector.

If one of you would be so kind as to photoshop white and blue Halos (one color per side) that would be most awesome.

The halos shown in the first picture made the car look like a gentle car. You should get those 3/4th circle halos to make it look mean.

Nice chops mark. Here is my intel. I say do the cathode halos. White looks really good imo and you can have them on when driving. I say make some eyelid type things to cover a little bit of the halo to give you that "**** off" look. that way there isn't just some "non lit" spot.

I vote no. I don't even like them on BMW's. I was glad mine didn't have them from the factory.

I'm going to post up a comparison pic later in the week. I managed to aquire a 95mm set used from a friend for cheap. I'll also use electrical tape to simulate 3/4 halos

Mark: i dont' suppose i can get you to shop the 3/4" halos so the blank portion is slightly more towards the top?

Unfortionatly, i wasn't able to get a comparison shot. The projectors i have now aren't Halo Friendly. The good news is that the new projectors I'm putting in are a perfect fit. I'll be performing the swap over thanksgiving break.

for those of you interested: here's the hardware list:
a) E55 bi-xenon main beam projectors
b) E-class H7 projectors for LVL (low visibility lighting) system
c) 55w 6000K D2S kit for main beams
d) 35w 3000K H7 kit for LVL projectors
e) CCFL white Halos for all 4 projectors

it's going to be sick!!!
