Driving on the autobahn in Germany at 140mph in his BMW Z4,the Driver Hit a Deer...
The deer disappeared...
The driver stopped and wondered where did the deer go.......???

Yeah it's definitely not a Z4, so whoever the email originated from fails, not me, I just simply copied and pasted.. but I do believe it is a deer, I mean what else could it be?

Go to the dealership and tell them you were having engine troubles. They are supposed to give free maintenance for the first 5 years, right? =P "Ah, Yes sir, I see your problem.. You seem to have a deer in your engine. I don't think that's covered under your warranty... Nope.. Foreign Object in engine compartment is not included under your warranty."
