So I'm planning on installing some LED in my boat. Going to be running some LED strips in the interior and was wondering whats the difference between a $30 5m roll (300 LEDS) that you might find on amazon and a $150 dollar 5m roll (300 leds)?

the one listed does not include controller and I see no spec on the led's ... you get what you pay for ... many of the strips are from hong kong and I've seen trouble with bad led's

If you order from Oznium, you get great customer support, fast shipping, helpful staff, helpful members, a nice selection of controllers and lights to choose from.

I mean really, why doesn't everyone buy from Oznium?

I'm planning on buying everything else (4 channel controller and prewired surface mount LEDs) from oznium but spending $150 on a strip of lights.

P.S. Here are the specs for the LED's I mentioned - Strip Specifications: %u2022 Minimum power requirements (per strip): 12 VDC, 2A %u2022 Overall dimensions: 0.44" W x 196.80" L x 0.125" H (11 x 5000 x 3.2 mm) %u2022 Segment dimensions (98 segments per strip): 2" (50.8 mm) L.

RGB LED Specifications: %u2022 LED type: SMD 5050 %u2022 Red: 624 nm wavelength, 18 lumens %u2022 Green: 518 nm wavelength, 45 lumens %u2022 Blue: 471 nm wavelength, 18 lumens.
