Hey guys, I live in Woodcliff Lake NJ, in bergen county. I'm right on the border of NY by Pearl River and Montvale, anyways, I emailed the local police sergeant who is in charge of traffic enforcement about the legality of the underbody neons/LEDs and he told me that he has no problem with them and no officers would pull me over. He thanked me for emailing him and asking before hand and thats why he said it was ok because I cared and he would forward a memo to all the traffic duty officers to tell them not to pull me over. How sweet of a deal is that biglaugh.gif icon_cool.gif icon_twisted.gif

Pretty cool! Print out a copy of the emails and keep it in your car.

A printout of the e-mail will work. If they give a ticket you can contest it in court with the e-mail. I believe e-mails are considered the same as letters now. As long as it has the full printout including header and what not. icon_cool.gif

Definitely print it out and keep it in the car. From what I've heard about NJ cops I wouldn't trust you won't get pulled over.
