Flathead LED Strip Interconnect - Customer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions by Oznium Customers

at least in the pro-audio world these would be considered female connectors, ... bc the pins are male and the holes are female. Am I wrong?
I see your point, the connectors are kind of both. Looking at them you could call them female connectors.
Does it come in pair of male/female connector? - by Carlos (Montréal (can)
No. Male on both sides.
Do you have, or can this be used as an extender for the cathodes because the regular wires to the transformer box are to short for my usage, thanks - by Alec (Milton Freewater, OR)
Unfortunately its a slightly different plug size. And... You should NOT extend the cathode white wires. Get an extra transformer, or skip cathodes all together and use LED strips :)
The interconnect has a female end(IE; things go in it). Do you sell the other end, the male end? Connected to lead wires? - by Philip (Houston, TX)
No... this is the male end. The female end is on the Flathead LED strip.
How long is this Interconnect? Is there a connector on each end of it? - by Trent
The Interconnect is around 3 inches long, and has a connector on each end.
HOW LONG IS THIS INTERCONNECT?, YOU SELL THIS MORE LONG OF THIS? THANKS - by JONATHAN (Santa Isabel, PR)
It is around 3 inches, it is the only size of that product we sell.
If the gaps between strips are a few feet apart could I cut the Interconnect wire in the middle and solder in new wire to fill the gap? - by Mitch (Iowa)
Yes you can.
Do you also sell the male end of the interconnect? - by Gary (Pittsburgh)
They already have the "male" end.
Is this what i will need to plug into a cold cathode transformer? - by Jamie
LED strips are NOT connected to a cathode transformer. The cathode transformers are used with the 12" and 4" cathode tubes ONLY.
