Placing an Order

To place an order at Oznium.com, you must first add at least one product to your shopping cart. Browse through our product pages, find the product you want to buy, enter the quantity you want, and click the "Add to Cart" button.

The shopping cart page will show you the contents of your cart as well as the order subtotal. To quickly calculate shipping costs, enter your country and postal code. We will display a list of available shipping options.

When you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Continue with the instructions, entering your email address, shipping address, and other contact information.

Pay with a Credit Card

Enter your credit card number, expiration date, etc. Click the large "Place Your Order" button.

We will instantly process your credit card details. If the transaction is approved, you will get an order number. After the order is placed, you will have a chance to add comments or special instructions.

If the credit card transaction is declined, you should make sure there are no typos in the data. Make sure you have enough funds on the card. You may need to contact your bank for more information.

Does Oznium accept Personal Checks or Money Orders?

Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders. We only accept credit cards.

Does Oznium accept Paypal?

Please accept our apologies. At this time, we cannot accept Paypal payments. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We'd like to suggest a few alternative payment options if you do not have one of these cards:

  1. Ask to borrow a friend or family member's card, and pay them cash.
  2. Paypal offers a MasterCard debit card that draws funds from your account. They also offer a virtual debit card.
  3. Purchase a prepaid debit card at your local convenience store.

Check the Status of your Orders

You can easily view the status of recent orders by logging into My Account. Your order history will be displayed on the bottom of the main account page.

Simply click on any order for additional detailed information.

If you made a mistake, and would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Handling

We ship from our warehouse in Colorado. For all shipping and handling details, please see our Shipping page.

Receive a Broken or Damaged Product?

We take great care in packaging to minimize breakage, yet some shipping carriers will still play football with your package.

If a product is visibly broken upon arrival, please use our convenient online "helpnow" system to let us know.

Log in to the My Account page and click the link that indicates you received a broken or defective product.

Follow the instructions to indicate which product has an issue. In some cases, you will have to send us the damaged part.

We will do our best to make sure you get a replacement part quickly and with no hassle!

Return a Product

Returns at Oznium.com are simple:

  • You have 365 days from the purchase date to return a product
  • Oznium must receive the product from you in re-sellable condition
  • You pay return shipping

You can request a Return Authorization (RA) number online. Here's how:
  1. Log in to the My Account page.
  2. Once you are logged in, locate the "helpnow" section and click the link to indicate you would like to return a product for a refund.
  3. Follow the instructions to indicate which product(s) you wish to return.
  4. You will be given a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How about a physical storefront?

Unfortunately our warehouse is closed to the public. We cannot accept walk-in customers nor local pick-ups. All sales must be made online (or phone).

Does Oznium provide sponsorships or donations?

Yes! We seek sponsorship opportunities that will build strong, successful, and unique partnerships while benefiting all participants. Unfortunately we cannot sponsor individuals.

Because of the high volume of sponsorship requests we receive, we have created a set of sponsorship guidelines.
