This RGB LED Module is pretty good.
Its bright, not as bright as the pre-wired superflux LEDs

The individual LED's are smaller than I thought, but they are still bright.

I ordered 3 modules. They come connected and all light up with just power to one end.
There is about 3" of wire connecting each module.
If you don't mind cutting and splicing, you'll do just fine with these.

You must have a controller with a common positive to operate these correctly.
Overall I'm happy with the product.

Now to find a place to put them... I'm thinking engine bay
