Sponsorship Requests

We seek sponsorship opportunities that will build strong, successful, and unique partnerships while benefiting all participants.

For Oznium, this means making a commercial decision. The relationship with the sponsored organization, activity, or event should provide Oznium with branding, marketing, and PR opportunities.

Because Oznium receives many requests for sponsorship and donations across a wide variety of projects, we have developed a series of guidelines.

What we support

Sponsorships and donations should be in line with the values, principles, and culture of Oznium.

Primary Objectives

Reach highly targeted audiences, for example a related web site or community
Increase brand loyalty
Communicate customer benefits and new Oznium products
Generate sales

What we don't support

Oznium does NOT sponsor or donate to:

Individuals
Religious or political causes, events, or organizations
Events or activities that conflict with Oznium's brand

Applying for sponsorship

We'd like to respond to every sponsorship request, but because of how many we receive, we'll review your proposal and contact you only if it meets our sponsorship strategy and needs.

Sponsorship proposal

Your proposal should be well researched, clear and concise, and include the following information. Try to keep your proposal to a maximum of four pages.

Cover letter
Details about the organization requesting sponsorship - are you a current customer?
Project overview - what, where, when, and exposure
Audience demographic and projected attendance
Goals and objectives of the project
Financial composition
Benefits (hospitality etc)
Promotion - planned advertising, publicity (media releases) and presence opportunities (editorial space in your program, banner across the main street, merchandise etc)
How this project fits with prospect's objectives
Other project sponsors
Evaluation and reporting process (copies of all media coverage, audience attendance etc)
Support materials if needed - reviews, media coverage, testimonials

Funding requests to Oznium always far exceed our sponsorship capacity and unfortunately we are not currently in a position to consider new projects.
