I've had this product for well over a year (total anyways). It's great, looked and performed as it should when it was fully working. I had the problem where the LEDs would die on the left side and a couple in the middle somewhere. But when I hit Oznium up, they would send out a replacement right away. Great service, and that's why I kept coming back. I'm on my 4th TBL now, and they said that they finally fixed the issue this time around. Hopefully, it will last longer than 6 months.

I love this product! It is a great fit that gives you that stock look with the performance you expect from Oznium products. However, after 11 months, one of the LED's burnt out. NOT TO WORRY! I told Oznium and they replaced it very, very expediently! No muss, no fuss. THANK YOU OZNIUM!!!

After researching the various options for a full TBL for the Scion tC, I decided on the Oznium Light Smoked product and purchased it on May of 2008.

The pro's:
- Good price
- Near OEM fitment
- Fast shipping
- Good illumination at night
- Outstanding customer service after the sale on warranty issue

The con’s:
- Not as brightly illuminated in daylight (compared to OEM LED’s)
- 1st unit had the 3 most left-sided LED’s fail after 6 months

Overall I am pleased, but hope the replacement lasts longer as the 12-month warranty is from the original date of purchase.

This light looks great on the black Scion. It almost matches the paint color! It's not the brightest light in the day, due to its dark color, but it's more than bright enough at night.
I'm really picky. Where the light was molded, it appears to have a couple of ripples. Although minor, it bugs me a bit. I also don't like the name of the manufacturer of the light embossed on the outside either.

Of all of the vendors and stores I have purchased, none can come close to Oznium's exceptional customer service.

I have dealt with Oznium in the past many times, and once I found out about their TBL, I had to have it.

I ordered it and got it very fast, but once I installed it, I was upset it didn't work. I called Oznium and they sent me a new one with no questions asked and I got it 2 days later.

The dark smoke to it looks amazing, and I am so happy it flows well with my CF hatch.

This product looks AWESOME when lit. I recommend anyone to buy from Oznium. Sure, VRD sells full TBLs, but you won't come close to Oznium's customer service, which is a BIG factor in my purchasing decisions.

The only quirk with the tC which I thought was bizarre on the Toyota Engineers part now has a resolution! The full third brake light from Oznium LOOKS OEM; so with no light it looks exactly like a stock light! Side-by-side it's albeit impossible to tell the difference from stock. Direct fit replacement and including the weather stripping is an awesome quality convenience and customer service.

Installation could not be any easier! Follow their guide if you have any reservations. If you do decide to get it professionally installed, don't let any mechanic/dealer/custom shop charge you more than 1/2 hour labor, because it's THAT easy!

Lighting is instant (with brake pedal push), no delay. The lights are perfectly bright both day and night, so you will be seen, and it is consistent across the evenly spaced LEDs! Even the stock harness plugs directly into Oznium's stock connector, which is in the factory location!

Overall, I'm more than pleased. And for those wondering, shipping took only 2 days! (Ordered Monday, received Wednesday).

Oznium had quick shipping ordered it wednesday and got it on saturday july 5. I installed the dark smoked third brake light on my black sand pearl tc yesterday, and it looks ballin. Install was very easy and it definitely changed the look of my car. With black led taillights from anzo and this TBL it make my tc look mean. By the way, make sure not to drop one of the bolts in the hatch, when fastening it down, happened to me but oh well.

I got the light smoked TBL as a Christmas gift in 2007, and I've been more than pleased with it. However, recently the center of it was burned out. I called Oznium to see what I could do, and their customer service astonished me. They sent me a free replacement, no questions asked. And to top it all off, I mentioned the new Dark Smoked TBL and the guy I talked to said they'd send me that one if I'd prefer that one instead. So now, I have 20 inches of bright red LED taillight goodness hidden behind a DARK black plastic that matches my window tint and everything. It looks amazing. This was my first experience buying a product from Oznium.com after getting a number of recommendations from members at ScionLife.com forums and now I can also vouch and say that I highly recommend this site and product. I ordered and received my shipment very promptly as promised and the product itself is working out of the box with no issues.

In terms of installation On a scale of (1-10) in difficulty I would rate this install at a 3.5 - anybody with a simple wrench set and a little patience can easily complete this mod within 1 hr.

I've read about other customers having issues with the actual plug on the light and having to tap wires but I had no such difficulties whatsoever. It was plug and play out the box as promised and I'm more than happy.

the one thing you might have to do to remove the big panel is to put a rag or sm. towl through one of the handles for leverage.the tbl from oznium plug in pins are wide than originals.so,it wont fit original plug but no problem you can tap into original wires by using t-taps and male connectors.no need to cut wires.i will have a ftbl that friends and people will talk about.

It was really easy to install, and the LEDs are pretty bright even during the day! And as to the guy who said the smoked version wasn't dark enough, you can get the smoke overlay from BlueBatmobile.com. I use a lot of their overlays and they always turn out great!

i got the smoked and i am very disappointed in the tint. its hardly even tint. i wanted it to match the back end of my bsp tc and it looks if stock if you dont have the stock one right next to it. probably returning this unless i can get a darker one from oznium. i'd even pay the extra 80 dollars just to get the right tint from vertex... first time ive been truly disappointed in oznium. sorry, but its just not dark enough.
