Neo-Wedge LED Bulb - For C5 Corvette
After many requests from Corvette enthusiasts, we made these direct replacement bulbs - no soldering, no cutting - just a simple twist in!
Here's the original how-to write up. You'll see how much work was involved.
These bulbs will work in the door panels and gauges of the C5 Corvettes. They'll likely work in other cars too, but we don't know exactly which.
NOTE #1: The LED's have polarity, thus if you put them in the wrong way they will not light up. Make sure the LED's are all lit up before putting the panel back in the door. If they are not, simply take them out, and screw them in the opposite way.
NOTE #2: It is unlikely that this 74 wedge bulb will fit other vehicles besides the Corvette, as it was specifically designed for this vehicle. You are always welcome to try, however we aren't responsible if it doesn't fit.
Thanks Carl, for the cool mod!

What a waste of my time and money for shipping back this crap
2010 tacoma

This is a great item for those tacoma users, BUT what i dont understand is why ppl say this product fit easily no problems. This item doesnt fit pretty easily but their is one issue. The angle of light doesnt fill the tunnels in the tacoma climate controls. So how can ppl say this works perfectly. In order to get it to work you must use aluminum foil to redirect the light into the tunnels. Other than that this was a great product
Works for 2005 and up Tacoma/4Runner AC control panel
Marion Bumper2Bumper Auto from Marion, AL
Got a pair of these for a customer who wanted to fix a burned out AC cluster bulb on her 2009 Tacoma. They fit well. Only had to slightly modify the contact wire where it would touch the circuit board properly. They fit well, and seemed bright, but with the control panel assembled, the customer contact me that evening stating that they were not bright enough. Would be curious to see if Oznium can make some of these in a standard LED that is brighter.

Ordered a pair for my 2006 Scion xB. One bulb was defective so I contacted the team at oznium and within a few minutes they had my replacement bulb packed and ready to ship. Oznium has the best prices, fastest shipping, and the best customer service, ever!
Worked for my 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan
Tim from Columbia, MO
The lights on my HVAC panel on my 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan burned out and I could not find a direct replacement anywhere. The dealer could not get them and local junk yards did not have them. I ordered 4 of these LEDs and they worked great. They even dim. If I had to do it again I would probably order white, or possibly green as the blue is way too blue and does not match the aqua lights in the van - ohwell. I had to move the wires a bit on the base to make good contact with the circuit board but I got them too work with just a little adjustment.
Coolest and cheap mod

Ordered a pair of Red bulbs to replace the yellow bulbs in my 2005 Scion xB's HAVC. One came in bad, was replaced within a few days. Oznium has the best price for these and the best customer service. I saw them online earlier today for 16 bucks for the 2 lights. This really was a no brainer decision.
Fits 10th Gen (09-10) Toyota Corolla HVAC
Jared Walker from Warwick, RI
Used one to backlight each HVAC control knob (3 total). A little more snug than the bulbs I replaced but they work fine. One was broken when I received it most likely due to poor handling on USPS's part, but Oznium being the awesome company that they are sent me a new one free of charge.
Gen 1 xB - perfect fit!

Ten-second mod to change out the skanky yellow HVAC lights in a Gen-1 (2005) Scion xB. Cost less than $10 to get a perfect match for my new head unit!
There's a thread on ScionLife.com with 20 or so pictures showing how to open the dash. This was one of the quickest mods I've ever one, and one of the most rewarding!
Sorry, Corvette guys...certain brands are more moddable than others... :p
they dont fit, they dont match
ross lassiter from Freeport, TX
I have a 2003 C5 coupe. I tried using the blue leds in door switches, TC, and trunk/fog panels but they dont fit. the size of the led bulb is fine. its the plastic on the sides that twists and holds the plastic led fixture to the circuit board that is too big. it will fit down in the hole but it will not lock. i had to take my dremel tool and sand down the 2 sides of the plastic fixture so that it could lock in place. after all that trouble i see that the blue does not match the 5mm blue leds that i wired up my self. they seem to have a slight green tint. the color isnt bad but they dont match. you are better off just pulling your stock bulbs and wiring up the 5mm bulbs your self. this will save you alot of money considering these are $2.50 a piece and the reg 5mm leds are $.35.
No good for C5 corvettes

i bought these for my 03 vette to put in the switch pannels on my doors. they are too thick to fit. plus the blue does not match the other lights. they seem to be blueish green. your best and cheapest bet is to wire up the regular led bulbs in your stock twist lock fixtures.
