I didn't actually buy the Gold series kit. I bought the series one-step blow it; the "Blueline Series". On my 05 Cavalier, the Blueline series lights up the ground WAY more then enough. The install was easy, the tubes are VERY bright. I don't see any reason why you would need larger tubes or "more lighting". The Blueline series did more then enough, and the Gold series with the bigger tubes will obviously be brighter.

I do not currently own a streetglow gold series kit but I did on my old car. I had a blue kit hooked up on my focus. For a neon kit I would say that it is top of the line. However you would be way better off going with the flowlighting inferno kit for that price. Neon tubes break much easier and use more power than the leds.
