These are designed to be mounted in headlights / taillights, but you could really use them anywhere.

For headlight use, just drill a 3/4" hole, and pop this in.

Comes with TWO strobe heads, plus the controller & remote.

These were VERY easy to install and hook up. Everything worked as described. If I had to criticize anything it would just be the LED casing thing is green, if you stick these in clear housing you will see it when its off pretty easy. Doesn't bother me at all though.
