Angel Eyes - Circle CCFL Tubes & Transformer Kit

Known as "Angel Eyes", these rings can be installed inside your headlamp for a high-class effect.

The glass tubes can be secured inside the headlamp assembly with glue. Because the tubes are made of glass, they are not flexible and cannot be bent.

We can make virtually any size, color, or shape according to your requirements. We require a minimum order of at least 100 kits. The lead time is 2 months.

Caution: Do NOT extend the white wires. Mount the transformer as far away from hot engine components as possible. Try to keep the white wires from being coiled up or kris-crossing. They carry an AC current and are sensitive. The glass tubes are fragile - be careful not to break them.

solved the lighting problem. for future installs each transformer needs to be really close to each CCFL. space may be an issue for the location of the transformer. basically you have to connect the transformer to the CCFL with the packaged connectors (1 transformer to 1 CCFL tube) or else there won't be enough power reaching the CCFL resulting in very little lumination output.

overall CCFL lumination is okay. not as bright as i'd hoped it would be. connected CCFL with DRL and the stock DRL was more noticeable. "halo" noticeable on cloudy day but i dought it will be noticeable on a sunny day. looks great at night with 6K HID though.

hopefully this will help any who wants to DIY halo. could be the least costly means for getting "halo's/ angel eye's."

the CCFL tube was very FRAGILE. was testing to fit my headlight housing and when i found the right fit i tried to test light and it didn't light. it was on before i tried the fitting so i figured it had to be the tube. sure enough it cracked even with cation during handling. my advice, buy the next smaller size for your fit so you dont have to deal with playing with fitting your housing (too bad oznium has no plans on having any 128mm in stock any time soon.)

after completing the install on both headlight housing i tested them to make sure they'll work and both worked fine. after installing housing to my car and wiring CCFL only one came on while the other had little power at one end of the tube.

gonna have to try and figure out what's the problem, since no install instructions were included which would have been nice. just keep in mind you are getting what you pay for. there's a reason why other kits cost more i geuss.

Luckily they ship 3 because one was just DOA. The other two went on fine for about 20 minutes until the second one just decided it was going to stop. I don't blame Oznium, these are just a cheap product. 0 stars.

Its been about a yr now that i installed these on my 06 altima ser. the picture in the action shots is from my car. So far, i have had zero problems with the install and they are working perfectly. Very nice addition, and a great deal with the spare ring and ballast they send.
