Well, I just saw it and if you are only looking for hot chicks, and awesome cars its cool. But if you are looking for anything else...forget it. I must say the drifting is friggin awesome and they drop a skyline engine into a 67 mustang.

Oh, and I must say the local tuner shop had their Carbon Fiber NSX, a tricked out Evo 9 and something else sitting out in front of the movies advertising....the NSX is wicked.

Yeah, I saw a lot of tricked out cars driving around tonight. hahahaha, after the movie I was beside a F-150 at a light and there was a guy about 17 years old and his girl was sitting next to him in the middle seat....I did the rev and they look over, then the dude does a double take and leans way over to look at my glow......you should have seen the look on his face. Probably the funniest thing I have seen in a while. The look of sheer stupid amazement of someone who thinks they are pimpin and all of a sudden find out they are not....biglaugh.gif sorry....end stupid rant....

I thought it was a pretty good movie. Sweet cars, hot girls, decent storyline. But that is what you expect from the fast and the furious isnt it? biglaugh.gif

I though it was alright. It was everything that I expected from a FnF movie, although I think they could have done without the whole Vin Diesel thing..

I thought the movie was decent. Like others have said: sweet cars, cute girls, some good action, half-decent plot. I'll buy the DVD.

really? i guess theres a place in my heart for the drifters since it involves skill - though this movie will prolly turn every fwd 4-banger owner into a e-brake pulling wanna be bow-wow.

i was at sears today gettin some tools and some jackass in a 300z came flying in the parkin lot and pulled the ebrake and floored it. he slid about 3 feet before he stopped. everyone was laughing at him but he got out of his car and started bowing like a hero and asked if anyone wanted to go drifting with him icon_rolleyes.gif

this movie is gonna cause a lot of wrecks.

lets just hope the dvd doesnt come out around next winter cause then people will go driftin when it snows, which can be even worse. plus if people's cars arent really set up for driftin they're gonna screw up their car and wonder why...i havent seen the movie, dont know if i wanna spend the $8.00 to see it, might wait to rent....

i thought it was a skyline r2.6 or 2.8 tt?
i dont think thats an sr20..
i also dont know much about the engines.
but either way. yes drifting takes skill, but to have an entire racing world and racing style built around it was stupid.
its the figure skating of the race world. and male figure skaters. well, they look pretty damned ***.

Why would a mustang need a skyline motor? lame

They are drifting the new mustangs and gto's in worldwide events and winning with them

You have to see it....Alright, I'll tell you. The kid's dad has a `67 mustang with everything except an engine. The kid has to race really soon and needs a car, so he takes the engine from the wrecked skyline and puts it into the mustang.
