Are strobes illegal in VA even if you drive around with them off? I saw a disclaimer on the strobe page on this site. I know VA has inspections and I don't want to fail b/c I have them installed (even if off) for next year. Thanks.

not sure but some states will fail you if they find any aftermarket lighting installed.
call your local dmv and ask them. |

i know in PA they won't fail your inspection if you have strobes. as long as it's on a switch they can't really do anything as far as i know
