anyone know? or know a site or place i can go to in order to find out if they're legal or not?

not sure about Mass but if you come down to CT dont have it on.

found it on the rmv site....bad news for me: they're illegal altogether in mass
maybe i can use them for driveway display though? or when cops arent around? |

You should be fine in a parking lot.
Best bet would be to talk to cops, though most of them don't know the exact lighting laws. They'll most likely tell you to keep them off while driving. |
