i just ordered 20 3.5 volt leds off ebay. if i have four of them in a series circuit, do i need resistors? what about if i run them in parallel?

put them in series and you're fine.
Don't put them in parallel w/out resistors. |

Hey Brandon, does the amount of wire in between each LED matter when done in a series of 4?

the longer the wire, the more resistance in the circuit, but the differnence in infinitely small, since the wire itself has such small resistance

You'd need a couple hundred feet of wire to see the slightest dimming.
