i've been debating about standalone engine management for a while now.. and decided to go with the MS V. 2.0.

This is for the engine swap we're finishing up right now.. i kinda have regrets for not going with the AEM standalone, however saving the money is well worth it.

Emissions is the last thing on our mind w. the car.. in no way will the car pass emissions.

nope. Well, only car's 5+ yr old... but it will be registered in a state w.o emissions checks shortly.

I was thinking MS for my Neon because of the stupid stock ECU but decided its just a Neon so I wont waste my moola.

And we have NO emmisions in Southern MD. Thankful for that

Cats? Yeah.. they've been long gone. i really don't know what emissions control i have anymore.. i'm pretty sure everything's sealed up or removed.
