Well, I searched a bit and couldn't find a topic like this, so I thought I would ask it. Where would you put subs in a trunk if you had more than two. I don't know much about sound waves but I heard that you don't wanna put them where they can interfere with eachother's waves. Any help would be much appreciated.

A big ass box, two facing out the back, and one out the passenger, the other the drivers side.

It's obviously alot easier with smaller subs, say 10'' or 12''...you would also need a fairly large trunk. I do have a buddy with an older caprice whose got 4 15'' L7 Kickers though, talk about loud.

Your "supposed" to not aim them at each other because it will cause cancellation. I always hear people "complain" about people who do this, but I have heard installs like this before and its no where near as bad as people complain.

Maybe instead of 4 subs, you just get two good subs rather then Xplods...

Honestly I'd go with JL Audio. Yeah they're pricey but the quality is incredible. I have a 12w6 in my xterra and I don't even know if I'm going to add another...

i got kicker components and i like those...my brother has 2 12 kicker L7s the square ones and he really likes those but personally i will never buy anything but jl when it comes to woofers...they hit really hard with soo little power. so i dont need an expensive 1500 watt amp to power them...they work best at 600 watts i think it is...and i would KILL ppl that had 2 12s that were pushin over 1000 watts...and i only have 460 going to them lol

Edited.

If you want to throw away some extra cash for no reason then buy JL, if you wanna get more speaker out of your dollar, look into brands like those listed.

Im runnin a 12 inch Orion H2 wit a hifonics bxi1606D amp and it hits for one twelve. I also made my own 2.7 cub box wit a 32 hert port. Most people can't belive it's one twelve until i pop the trunk. ALst week I was at a local show n this guy was like tryin to be all hard sayin he's got six 12's so im like sweet lemme here this sh*t bump,he turned it on n it sounded like crap. My one 12' was louder. Mroe sub's isnt alwsys louder, it's all about tuning your stuff right and having it al lset up the right way.

That is almost the exact recommended box size for basically the loudest design for an H2 12.

Recommended (this is not from manufacturer, this is from the competition scene)-
2.5cuft using 35sqin of port tuned to 32hz.

If your port area is close to that, then yea, i can sit here all day typin without a doubt that you are wangin over there, hehe.

Nice subs for the price (I don't pay full retail for them right now since sponsored by Soundstream)

But.. Fi, SoundSplinter, Incriminator Audio, Treo (expensive as hell). Those are great subs. there are plenty more (TC) that are excellent also, just can't remember all the names.

if there is anymore great subs, they are probably imported because i couldnt think anymore.

Anything else i could think of is marketed rather than factory direct. I know a lot of those brands now are marketed but still unknown.

sorry for bringing up such an old post, but thats not entirely true. You can face them directly at each other as long as they are phased correctly.

alot of stuff sold on termpro is from competitors, so some of it has been beat on kinda hard.. just look around and you'll eventually find some good deals... ie ANYTHING Pipo sells....
If you really want some T3 products try emailing them about a pricelist.
