ICELED PROGRAM PROBLEMS

I INSTALLED THE ICELEDS ON MY LEXUS AND AFTER I SWITCHED IT ON I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PROGRAMING. IS THERE SOME WAY TO RESET IT OR IS IT DEFECTIVE. IT WILL CONSTANTLY SWITCH TO 9 OR 6 ALWAYS SKIPS 1,5,7 AND ALWAYS TURNS OFF WHEN i PUSH THE - (OR DOWN) BUTTON. pLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!! icon_cry.gif

i betcha duct tape might reset it... it's worth a try anyway (definately better than a hammer, sheesh)... lol
