ummm yes... that definetely has a whistle like a small *very small* turbo...and apparently if you have a car that BACKFIRES or has a lot of back pressure it sounds like a blow off valve...Id rather spend the cash to EVENTUALLY get a turbo...but this would..be good in the meantime?
