so they were installed inside the fog?
If so can you explain how you took it apart. I just got an 04 Eddie Bauer and that seems like something i would do BTW you should get some HIDs |

Thanks for all the comments!
The process was actually pretty simple. 1) Remove fogs and take the bulbs out. 2) Bake for about 10 mins at about 200-215 degrees 3) CAREFULLY pry the glass off the housing. If it takes a lot of effort, put them back in the oven and bump up the temp a little 4) Drill a small hold at the top of the housing, cut halo wires and feed them through 5) While holding the ring in place with some spacers, go around the ring with a thin bead of silicone/RTV 6) Silicone lens back in place and wire up however you want. Some additional photos as requested:

Thanks alot bro!
I'll be ordering the things to do it soon One more thing what LEDs are you using in the interior? I just got the truck yesterday so i haven't even looked what bulbs it uses. I just tinted to windows and add HIDs
Next step is grill and wheels(22s) |

Im using 5 chip superfluxes on the interior. They pull about 100mA and came with resistors, but the resistors get REALLY hot. It's better to use them in clusters of 3 to reduce the load on the resistor. I can explain in more detail with pics if you want.
wheels will be the finishing touch on the exterior. I just ordered HIDs... |

Hey MedXLT,
What exhaust is that? or is it just tips? Either way...it looks very nice and works with the explorer! |
