Oznium is not responsible for online transactions you choose to take part in. Oznium has no knowledge of the terms of sale, the condition of any items offered for sale, the accuracy of any aspect of the sale or the use to which any item shall be put. Buyer assumes all responsibility for proper use of any item so purchased. Use the Buy, Sell, or Trade forum at YOUR OWN RISK!

A user must be registered for at least 5 days, and have at least 20 posts to be permitted to create a new buy/sell/trade thread.

Constructive replies only please. This is NOT the discussion forum.
Replies will be limited to questions and answers regarding the confirmation of a sale. Questions asked of the seller should be answered by the seller only. The "Nice setup" "Wish I were Closer" "Wish I had the money" remarks don't help anything and send the other ads down the list. Think a price is too high? Send the poster a PM. Remarks about pricing are pointless and they keep the ad floating at the top. If the price is high the seller should get the idea when no one replies. These types of replies will be deleted.

Please observe the "Three day bump."
This means that you cannot "bump", "BTTT" (back to the top), or other wise bring your ad back to the top more often than every three days. Sure, you can answer questions that are posted in the thread. Just keep in mind that we want the Classifieds to work well for Everyone. Please respect your fellow OZers.
NO EBAY links, or links to any other auction or general listing site.
The classifieds are provided free of charge to help one Ozer sell his goods to another Ozer. These ads typically cause drama and or discussion that the vast majority of us can do without. Ads with outside links will be deleted or locked at our discretion.

What you can sell....
Items that are currently in your posession:
I'm talking about the things that are in YOUR garage and ready to ship. This is not the place to take orders for items that are not yours yet.

Info your ad MUST contain...
Price: This is the FOR SALE forum and you can't sell without a price.
You MUST include a price in US dollars.
You must list every item for sale. Listing twenty items? List twenty prices.
Just want to TRADE? Put WTT in the title.
Personal contact info such as E-mail Address, Phone Number, Instant Messenger Handle, etc.


Thread Title must contain:
The item of items of which you are posting for sell, and the location.
Include the price and the word FIRM if your price is non-negotiable. It just makes things easier

LOCATION:
You must include City and State in your ads. Buyers won't know if they can come look at whatever you're selling or figure out if they can get it home if they don't know where it is.

PICS:
We won't say pics are mandatory but come on, how you gonna convince someone you are on the ball and they need to send you twenty grand if you can't figure out how to post a pic?
Please tell us if you...
A) Plan on posting pics AND are fully capable of pulling off such an endeavor but the camera needs batteries or whatever.
B) Would like to post pics but may need some assistance in doing so, so there may/may not be pics.
C) Would love to post pics but being born without thumbs leaves you at a disadvantage so there will be no pics.


NO Deadbeats: Listing an object on the Oz classifieds or agreeing to buy an object found in the classifieds is serious. If you don't plan to follow through on your commitment, DO NOT agree to transact at all.

See an ad that chaps your ass? Maybe we missed something? Let me know! This will get things handled much quicker and easier. I want to clean up these classifieds, so we will start with these above stated rules and get it done.


Sellers:
This forum's purpose is to allow the sale of miscellaneous new and/or used items that a party may wish to sell. These items include but are not limited to lighting products, sound equipment, performance parts, other general automotive products, and so on.

Attempting to sell any for-profit items that conflict with that of Oznium LLC's normal business is strictly prohibited. A party is not allowed to sell products that are also sold on Oznium's online store in order to gain a profit. This forum is available as a priviledge for customers to sell any used/unnecessary merchandise.

If a party is interested in selling products for profit that are not listed on Oznium LLC's online store, or is interested in conducting some other form of business, please contact Phil, the administrator, for more information.

Buyers:
When you choose to purchase an item from a member of these forums, you choose to do so at your own risk. Oznium LLC is not responsible for any transactions that take place in these forums. If someone sells you a product and does not deliver, that is between you and that person. Please make sure you take all precautions and get proper information from a person before agreeing to make a transaction.

Also, when you are interested in something for sale there is absolutely NO reason to make a post informing the seller that you have sent a private message. If they are checking the forums, they are most likely checking their PM inbox as well. The ONLY exception to do this is if you send a PM and do not get a response within 3-4 buisness days.

File Sharing:
We do not condone "file sharing" of copyrighted material within our forums. Our forums are for communications purposes only. Selling a legal copy of software is acceptable, however, trying to find someone to give you a stolen (pirated) copy of software through our forums is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
