ok so i was at my local pep boys looking at their neon selection (not to impressed) and i came across a little silver box that said it could solve my wiring nightmares. it was a box with 6 sets of red and black buttons similar to those found on speakers and home stereo equipment and holes above each button, you put the positive or power wire to any 12 volt accesory into the red hole and the ground into the black, it says it wires into your fuse box but im not sure how. this would be extremly helpfull in the neatness and simplicity of car lighting. i know i dont like either going to my battery or my fuse box every time i want to add some lights, and somtimes finding grounds that are discreet can require handstands. If any one has any more information on these box's please post your thoughts and opinions here.

sure thing... it makes it easier, and is just fine for low current lighting. only problem is it's physical size. you can always get a distribution block to do the same thing... it's up to you.

all it has is an input... and multiple output... you'd need one for neg, and one for positive... mainly for amps, but you can tighten it with a screwdriver and get like 10 wires in each output... they're at any car audio shop and cost like $10 for the generic ones.

Nick and I are owners of the cathode club here in Kalamazoo. All we need are some small stickers to show where we purchased our awesome lighting upgrades. Tons of people have asked me about them, and I point them all to Oznium.com. Yup. Anyway, this box you guys talk about might be cool. What are the demensions of it? Can I easily store it away somewere? And for cathodes, it really wouldn't be good, cause you can't extend the white wire, and unless you put the box near all the cathodes, it wouldn't matter, would it?

no tim, you plug the red and black wires in, not the white wires, the box simply gets rid of the problem of having to either run the red wire to your battery or jam it into your fuse box, and finding a ground somewere, you just put the red in the red hole and the black in the black hole and KABLAM! you are done, i was thinking of like cuting a hole in the back of my glove box and storing the box in there.
