That's just a way to carry them for me. I don't keep them in there for long periods of time. If you know you're not gonna "get some," then why would you have them in your wallet? That being said, yeah..

Ask Sick.....back when he lost his paypal card.....it took him 10 minutes to have them deactivate it and send a new one out. You can't do that with cash... I carry just enough cash for petty purchases I make at places that don't take credit. Just about the only thing I buy with my cash is food, usually at the college, they don't take credit. I also use cash at the few times that I go to a fast food drive-thru... Just to save me the hassle.

Still gotta be SO SO SO much safer than carrying around that much money... I've NEVER had a problem with any of my banks, ever. The ONLY issue I've had using a debit card is that when you use it at the pump it will usually put a $50 hold on your account, to make sure it'll cover the cost of fuel. Thats a problem if you have less than $50 or if you are low, because the hold usually stays on there until the end of the week, or at least for a few days.

i only have that much for 1 reason, i usually carry $50
