any brand is as good as the rest. Just find one that has the right inputs and outputs for the right price. If it's for lots of LED's and little things you might want to look at barrier strips. They sell them at Radio Shack as well as many other places. They are a little big, but they work

ahh ok well i have a barrier strip, but whats the best place to put it, im gonna buy another so i have and neg barrier strip and a pos, but i want it to be concealed sumwhere so u cant see it and i dont want it in the trunk, im big on consealing things when i do them.

my plan is like most others to use leds. most ppl put cathodes under their dashes and things like that, i dont wanna have to deal with cathodes right night, im looking for suddle lighting in my car, thats where the leds come in. so im am gonna drill hole and i bought nice mounts for my leds the black plastic ones and im gonna line them under my dash instead.

anyone have a clue on how many would be good?

only problem is the viewing angle, and if you're putting them under the dash for leg lighting, you'll want to have them farther away from the floor. too close and you'll just have a colored circle on your matts.

But i put 4 on each side of my seat, front and both sides.. and it lit up the floor pretty good with glow.. it was a solid glow about half way up the front mats and then just a suddle glow faded the rest of the way up. if i woulda have put another four up front i woulda had the hole area covered.
