Here we go guys. I mounted the UFO tubes on top of the Fusion tubes and here is the absolute best comparison you will see.
Here's how they are mounted.
Here they are both lit up red.
Here's just the Fusion tube.
And now just the UFO tube.
Maybe if we had a yellow UFO tube the Fusion's red would be brighter.
Nope, well what about purple?
Well I guess it's safe to say the UFO kit owns the Fusion kit. |

LOL ok I have 2 Blue neon kits under there now and a green one in the bed. I will most likely have the fusion kit mounted inside the cab and the UFO kit under neath with the neons.
I need some warm weather so I can re-arrange tubes and get things nice and neat. The front will be tight but I have some ideas about how to get things to fit. |

I'd hope the ICELED owns the Fusion for $600 extra.

i would put money that the iceled would shine thru... if you mount the blue neons closer to the center of the truck, then put the iceled so it borders the edges... you'll have a decent effect IMO |

Yeah I'm still thinking of where to mount all the tubes. I'll just have to experiement and see what I like the most.

he's got like 3 blue neon UB kits already on his truck though.. 3 blue for every 1 ICELED.. if you can see it at all, it's gonna be so drowned out, it'd be almost pointless.. although I do like your idea about putting the blue in the center... I'd put some sort of divider by the blue one closest to the edge of the truck though since they are neons and aren't directional, that way the ICELED area isn't being intruded on by the blue neon...

I'm planning on having one of the blue neon kits near the center and the other near the edge of truck the with the Ice LED in between. This should give the Ice LED sufficient room from the edges to spread out the light and still give me the best look from the neons.
The thing you all need to realized is that each UB I have is switched seperately. So I will be able to turn off the blue neons while the Ice is on or I can have the center of the truck lit up blue and the edges light with Ice. Like I mentioned before I will just have to do some testing to see where things look best. LOL and there is one more thing you need to figure in. I'm the guy that loves to do things others won't and I get the best effects out of it. Back on SG they all said I'd blow my truck up by having lights around my gas cap, and that I was an idiot for drilling LED's into my air intake. But so far everyone tha sees it all loves it. LOL |

Here are a few shots from a while back.
There are three LED's around the cap now so its a bit brighter then shown here. I used foil tap to cover the inside of the door and the plastic around the cap to help reflect the light a bit. |
