Depends on your local laws. I personally drive with my floor green and blue cathodes on all the time. As they are hard to see from outside the car. But if I ever get pulled for anything I always turn them off. So if htey are just like floor lights or something they you should be good. They MIGHT not be legal ofically but just use common sense with them and you should be fine.

a lot of it depends on where you live...just ask a cop. or call the police department and ask.

It should be just fine as long as you cannot see the source of light....You might want to make sure to have a switch close just in case you get pulled over just turn them off.....

I had blue cathodes sewn into my headliner, when they were on they got a lot of attention especially from the police, pulled over 3 times, three different cities in mass, removed them from the side of the road on the third time no tickets just verbal warnings

That is on the roof. Under the seats or under the dash it is ussually not noticable from the outside. On the roof it shines outside the car and is VERY noticable.

yeah cathoids in the headliner were definately a bad idea, they draw too much attention from police and they broke all the time
