Does anybody in here know the laws for neons in North Dakota. Actually is there even anybody on here that is from North Dakot, besides me.

almost all laws in the US reserve Blue and Red for emergency use only!!! everything else is pretty much left open for interpretation as due discresion of the officer pulling you over.... unless you have fancy high priced lawyers, i don't recommend challenging them or taking it to court... that will just reaffirm you "wrong" just pay the ticket if you get one... |

Lol just wanted to see how many people were gonna be smart asses about this
 but we dont really get hassled around her for neons, the one cop i talked to said u can have any color as long as they cant see the bulb, but that was in a city and she said the highway patrol might pull u over for them. but htey dont really care too much/nor do they do anything about racing, when they catch us they just say do it somewher else.
