Well i got bored like a month ago and bought some high heat paint. I panted a few things in the engine bay. I havent decided if i am done yet or not though....hmmm here is the pic! A couple things need another coat or 2 but i ran ut of time so i threw them on and took a pic! I didnt paint the air filter box because it will be gone soon enough so why waste time and paint.
Now onto some things i did. Here are the pics. If i ever mention gettiong something that is stick on please remind me about this. The door handles and gas tank cap were getting to look like poo for use and such so i just took em off. It took me close to 3 hours it get all of them done. It would just shred as i was pulling so it took SOOO long, but i got it done. What do ya think??

The only blue i could find. The engine lighting will more than likely be a straight blue. Possibly a turq. It wasnt like oh well this is the only blue i can find i dont care if it liked it. I liked it so i gave it a shot and it turned out pretty well. The pic quality is crap i dunno why though hmmmm. I may be getting a yellow top after audio is done but who knows. I was thinking about painting the battery top but obviosuly didnt lol

I appreciate the effort....believe me I do but something just doesnt match and its not the battery throwin it off. The blue doesnt flow its scattered about.
Not hatin, just putting an opinion out there of work you posted |

I guess cause there are so many "big" pieces untouched and so many little pieces painted. Seems like a darker shade of silver or gray would have matched what you have going so much better?

^^ I agree for the most part. I don't mind the color and with glow might look better. Just think some more pieces need to be hit and such. As far as painting you sanded, cleaned, primer, wet sanded, paint, wet sand, clear we sand?
I like it but think it needs more, and def needs glow. MOAR GLOW!!! lol anyways bud do that and do a solid and nice paint job and your set. Hit me on aim if you wanna disscuss more. |
